You will find winter warmth with a touch of lace in the Breakers Hat and Cowl. Continuous spirals of back loop stitches provide beautiful drape and allow the pattern to flow seamlessly around the circumference.

Written for DK weight yarn.
Skill level: Easy to Intermediate.
These projects use basic stitches and require only minimal finishing. They incorporate a repetitive pattern but will require concentration. Not recommended for novices, but would suit the adventurous beginner.
Hat Sizes: Small, Medium and Large to fit head circumference of (45-50, 50-55, 55-60) cm with a depth of (22, 23.5, 25) cm.
Cowl Sizes:
Small: 24.5” circumference x 11.5” /62cm x 29cm (adult neck warmer)
Medium: 49” circumference x 11.5” /125cm x 29cm (can be worn long or looped around neck twice)
Large: 57” circumference x 13.75” /145cm x 35cm (can be wrapped around both neck and shoulders)

I made the cowl and it is a lovely, well written pattern. I used a plain yarn to highlight the stitch design. This works up quickly
